To set up new herds please download and complete the permission form below and ensure it includes a mobile phone number for the farmer and their milk recorder number. Please send the complete form to me - a photo sent by mobile phone or email will suffice.
NMR requires that the farmer gives 'informed consent' through their Herd Companion login. Please download and follow the instructions below and set up third party access for Chalcombe Ltd.
